• Coordinating with the various HODs and TPO of the colleges for the placement drives for different branches.
• She is responsible for day-to-day HR operations. Developing company culture and maintaining records.
• She is responsible for obtaining performance feedback post training of employees to measure the effectiveness of the training. She is also responsible for administrative and functional tasks for smooth operations.
